- Do you need to change your delivery or pick-up date? No problem! Just let us know, and we’ll happily accommodate your request. Are you heading out of town? Share the love! If you gift your bouquet to a friend, we’ll deliver it, provided the address is local.

What if I’m out of town on a bouquet date?
Life happens — vacations, weddings, summer plans! Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll happily adjust your delivery or pickup.
You’re also welcome to gift your bouquet to a friend. We can deliver locally, or they may pick up at the farm. Sharing flowers is always a good idea.
What if I live outside your delivery area?
We want our flowers to be as accessible as possible. If you fall outside our delivery route, you may choose on-farm pickup, which makes for a great drive to the country.
If you’re unsure, contact us, and we’ll gladly discuss possible delivery options and pricing based on your location.
How long will my bouquet last?
Our flowers are harvested fresh from the field and carefully conditioned for longevity. With proper care, most bouquets last 7–14 days, depending on the varieties included.
You’ll receive a simple care card with your first bouquet to help you enjoy your blooms as long as possible.
How does delivery work?
- Bouquets are delivered between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on scheduled dates.
- Flowers are cut, conditioned, wrapped in recyclable kraft paper, and delivered in a returnable bucket of fresh, cool water.
- You do not need to be home. Please designate a safe delivery location at checkout (front door, garage, etc.).
- On your next delivery date, simply leave the empty bucket out for exchange.
Once delivered, bouquets are no longer the responsibility of Milkhouse Flowers.
How does on-farm pickup work?
- Pickups are available from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on scheduled dates.
- Your bouquet will be labeled and waiting in water inside our milkhouse cooler.
- Please park near the barn.
- You may take the bucket home for easy transport — just return it at your next pickup (or bring your own bucket of water). Keeping your flowers in water during transport helps them stay fresh and happy.
Contactless pickup is always available, and we’re happy to say hello if we’re nearby.
May I walk through the flower fields during pickup?
Our family farm is a working farm with animals and equipment. For safety and privacy, we ask that visitors remain in the designated pickup area unless attending a scheduled event.
If you’d love to explore the flower fields, we open the farm during our Flower Bars on the Farm, Garden Tours, and Workshops. We would be delighted to welcome you then!
